Admission Procedure

- At the time of admission a student must produce a satisfactory evidence of the date of birth such as a birth certificate for the PG and KG (must be shown) and a Transfer Certificate of the previous school from Class I onwards. The original & photocopy of the previous school's mark sheet of a class lower than to which the child is seeking admission, mast be submitted by the 2nd week ofApril or within 2 weeks of taking admission, fa'ling which the admission stands cancelled.
- A student will be admitted on y on passing the class mentioned on the Transfer Certificate and to no higher c ass, nor will a student be promoted before the end
of a school calendar year. - The school leaving certificate of a student joining the school from classes VI onwards must be counter signed by the educational authorities of the district, in
which the previous school is situated for children coming from any city/state. - Application on a prescribed form available from the school, forthe school leaving certificate, should be made in writing by the parent/guardian.
- A school leaving certificate, will not be issued until all the fees are paid. Those who leave in mid sessior will have to pay forthe full term.
- In case of transfer certifcate, character certificate, birth certificate or change of branch please contact tl"e fee counter ofthe concerned branch.
- A student can take a trarsferfrom one branch to the other only on the approval by the Principals of both the branches.
- In case of new admission in the mid session, a child has to pay fees for all the 12 months. whereas for the transport facility, it will only be charged from the month of availing the transport.
