EXAMINATION AND PROMOTION
1. The examination from Academic Year 2019-20 onwards world be conducted as per the Uniform system of Assessment as per the CBSE Notification Circular No. Acad-14/2019 dt 21/03/2019.
2. Scholastic Area : The assessment structure and examination for classes VI to VIII have been prepared in view of the provision of RTE-Act 2009 and comprises of two terms i.e. Term-I and 2 as explained below.

3. Co-Scholastic Activities (Classes VI-VIII) : For the holistic development of the student.
Co- curricular activities in the following areas be carried out in CBSE affiliated schools by the teachers and will be graded term-wise on a 3-point grading scale (A=Outstanding, B=Very Good and C=Fair) The aspect of regularity, sincere participation, output and teamwork be the generic criteria for grading in the following co-scholastic activities.
FEE RULES
1. School fees should be paid on or before the due date mentioned on th fee card
Late Fee Submission / Fine.
1. After last date of fee submission till the date mentioned in the fee card, a fine of Rs. 100/- perweek will be charged.
2. Amenity Charges and Tuition Fees will be charged for the full session (12 months).
3. Students will neither be shown their Report Card IAnswer Sheets nor be allowed to sit for any test or examination until all the dues to the school are cleared.
4. If a student is absent for a month without prior information, hislher name will be struck offthe rolls.
5. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
6. Fee can be paid by cashl cheque, online or Demand Draft in favour of Dr. Ishrat memorial School, Sultanpur
7. Amenity charges include - Computer Fee, Exam Fee, Creative Work, Leisure Time Activity, Library Fee, Medical, Generator, Water I Electricity, Notices & Circulars, Bulletins or news letters, Educational excursion (Local) etc.
8. Annual charges include Calendar, Almanac syllabus group photo, I card, Fee card, School development.
9. Practical I Optional charges would be Rs. 100I- per practical subject.
10. Only 1 copy of Fee Card, Almanac and Syllabus will be given in a Session, second copy needs to be purchased.
Fee rules :
1. It is the responsibility ofthe parents to submit the fee in time.
2. The school reserves the right to revise the fee schedule & rules from time to time.
School Bus Rules
- No student will be allowed to travel by school bus without bus identity card.
- Bus will not wait for any student. They are expected to arrive at least five minutes before the arrival time ofthe bus.
- Bus should be approached when it comes to a halt and students are expected to occupy seats immediately without leaning out, peeping out or standing on the footboard.
- When the bus is in motion. students are expected not be shout, to divert the attention of the driver or to cause any damage to the buses due to negligence or
vandalism. If found doing so they will be debarred from traveling by th school buses. - No diversion I extension will be entertained on existing routes regarding designated stops.
- The bus teachers and student bus monitors/conductors are responsible for
maintaining discipline in the bus. - Lists of students and stops will be available in the respective buses.
- The bus teachers/monitors must occupy the rear or front seats reserved for them, for better monitoring ofthe students.
- Although the school takes full security measures, yet it will not be liable to compensate in case of mishap.
- To withdraw from this facility the child must give three months prior notice or has to pay the fees for the entire session.
Note :
The number ofthe transport incharge orthe concerned driver may be collected from the school reception.
School Bus:
The school provides transport by its own buses which serve almost all parts of the city It also provides commuting to school and trips organised by the school.
